My Goals

ULTIMATE GOAL - to weigh between 130-135 pounds and/or fit into size 6 pants

This page has been edited to reflect my goals for 2012

Small Goals:
~ to work out 4 days a week
~ to attend a Weight Watchers meeting once a week
~ to lose a 1 pound a week
~ to blog once or twice a week

Date Goals:
~ to be 155 pounds by my one year anniversary (that would be -36.4 pounds by 3/26/12)
~ to run a 5K without walking in April
~ to run a 10K in September
~ to be in the 130 pounds by September
